A tasty option for a low-fat diet. This lonzino is a traditional cured meat from our region, and is considered a niche specialty. On slicing, the natural flavourings give this meat a distinctive and inviting aroma. Flavourful but never overpowering. Lean and fat-free, this cut is suitable for a healthy balanced diet.
Our Lonzino (pork loin) is made from cured pork flavoured according to our traditional recipe.

Gluten and lactose free.

PAIRINGS
Cured pork loin is at its best cut fine, served as an aperitif paired with pickles or cooked vegetables, or in a fennel and orange salad.
Our recommended pairing is a medium-bodied red such as Barbera or Lambrusco.

Description

INGREDIENTS: Pork, salt, pepper, spices, flavourings, dextrose, Antioxidants: E 301, Preservatives: E 250-E 252. The filling is stuffed into a non-edible natural casing. Low in preservatives.

COLOUR: Dark pink or rosy colour when sliced

AROMA: Fragrant

FLAVOUR: Pleasant, typical of the charcuterie tradition of Le Marche

HOW TO STORE: Vacuum packaged products must be stored at a maximum of + 8°C, whereas whole hams must be stored in a cool and dry place at no more than 15°.

PACK SIZE: The weight of the whole product is about 2,500-3.200 Kg. The product is sold vacuum packaged, also sliced.
