Made from the leanest cuts of pork reared in the Terre di Frattula area (Trecastelli in the province of Ancona, Le Marche), with the addition of diced lard, aged for 30-40 days. Gluten and lactose free.

Description

INGREDIENTS: Pork of Italian origin, salt, pepper, spices, dextrose, flavourings, Preservatives: E 250 – 252. The filling is stuffed into a non-edible natural casing. Low in preservatives.

COLOUR: Dark pink or rosy colour when sliced

AROMA: Fragrant, Aromatic 

FLAVOUR: Pleasant, typical of the charcuterie tradition of Le Marche

HOW TO STORE: Vacuum packaged products must be stored at a maximum of + 4°C, whereas whole hams must be stored in a cool and dry place at no more than 15°.

PACK SIZE: The weight of the whole product is about 0.450-0,700 Kg, 0.250-0.300 gr.  The product is sold vacuum packaged, also sliced.
